Company responsible for the data

Eloiz LLC is responsible for personal data that you send through business email. The registered company address appears on the Company details page.

Website data

This website has no advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or user accounts. The contact form sends the information that you enter to Eloiz. It does not store the brief in your browser.

The hosting and DNS providers can process request data, such as an IP address and browser information, for delivery and security logs.

Project inquiries and business email

Vercel hosts the contact endpoint. Cloudflare checks the form for automated abuse. Resend delivers the message. These providers can process the submitted fields, IP address, and request metadata.

Eloiz uses the message to answer your inquiry, evaluate an engagement, and manage a resulting business relationship. Eloiz does not add form submissions to an advertising list.

Retention and requests

Eloiz keeps business messages while they support the inquiry, relationship, or required company records. You can request access, correction, or deletion where the applicable law provides that right.
